Delete your account
How to permanently delete your InvoicEstimates account and all associated data.
Delete from the app or website (instant)
You can delete your account yourself at any time:
- Open InvoicEstimates (mobile app) or sign in at invoicestimate.com.
- Go to Settings → Login & security.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm (on the website you'll re-enter your password).
Your account and all associated data are removed immediately and permanently.
Or request deletion by email
If you can't access your account, email us from your account's email address:
We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account (name, email, login credentials)
- All your invoices and estimates
- All your clients and saved items
- Your business profile, logo, banner and payment-button images
- Your settings and preferences
What is kept
Nothing is retained after deletion, except records we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction or tax records may be retained for up to the period required by applicable law). These are not used for any other purpose and are deleted once the legal retention period ends.
This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
