Welcome to InvoicEstimates. By creating an account or using our app and website, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Using the service

InvoicEstimates lets you create, customize, send, and manage invoices and estimates. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for any documents you send to your clients.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Login & security.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to send fraudulent invoices, or to infringe the rights of others.

4. Payments

Any payment links or buttons you add to invoices are processed by the third-party providers you choose (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Wise). InvoicEstimates does not process or hold funds and is not responsible for those transactions.

5. Availability & changes

We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
