Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information InvoicEstimates ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our mobile app and our website at invoicestimate.com.

1. Information we collect

Account details. When you create an account we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account ID from Google so we can create or access your account; we do not receive your Google password.

Content you create. The business profile, clients, invoices, estimates, line items, recorded payments, and settings you enter, plus images you upload such as your business logo, signature, and payment-button images.

Voice input (optional). If you use the "speak to create" feature, your device's microphone and speech recognition convert your speech to text on your request. We use that text only to generate the invoice you asked for.

Photos & camera (optional). If you add a logo or image, we access only the specific photo you select. We do not browse your photo library.

Device & notifications. If you allow notifications, we store a Firebase push token so we can send you alerts (for example, when a client opens an invoice). We may collect basic technical and diagnostic data to keep the service working.

2. How we use your information

We use your information only to provide and improve the service: to generate and store your invoices and estimates, sync your data across the app and website, display documents to the clients you share them with, send emails and notifications you request, process the subscription you purchase, and provide customer support. We may send occasional product or marketing emails; you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

3. Artificial intelligence feature

When you use the AI "create invoice" feature, the text you provide is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate the invoice draft and return it to you. It is not used to train models. If you prefer not to use AI, simply create invoices manually.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run InvoicEstimates, and only as needed to provide the service:

• Google / Firebase — sign-in, push notifications, and app infrastructure.
• Anthropic — the AI invoice feature described above.
• Email and hosting providers — to deliver emails and host your data.
• Payment providers you choose (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Wise) — these handle their own data when your clients pay you. InvoicEstimates does not process or hold funds.

Any invoice "share link" you create is accessible to anyone who has that link. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data security & retention

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and we keep it for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Login & security in the app, or by visiting invoicestimate.com/delete-account.

6. Children's privacy

InvoicEstimates is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your choices & rights

You can review and update your profile, manage notification permissions in your device settings, opt out of marketing emails, and delete your account and data at any time. To exercise any privacy right, contact us at the email below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
